a) Print Form A (invoice Europe Trophy)
- Download "INVOICE PDF" sent to your e-mail address after succesfull registration. Or, you may also can print a copy of your Invoice PDF, which had been sent to your registration e-mail.
- Please insert 1 copy INSIDE of EACH parcel. Samples sent without INVOICE PDF will not be accepted.
- The value of all products must be declared as 1€.
b) Label Your Samples & Boxes
- Contact Name and Number
- Company Name
- Shipper’s Address
- Number cartons clearly 1/1 or 1/2, 2/2 etc.
- Please put the reference number above the back label on each bottle.
